Snapy Brick ("we," "us") operates snapybrick.com, a browser-based creative builder. This policy describes what we collect and why.
Information we collect
- Account data — email address, display name, and password hash when you register.
- Build data — your saved worlds (brick layouts and metadata) stored in our cloud when you save a project.
- Subscription data — billing is handled by Stripe. We store subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers, not full payment card numbers.
- Showcase reports — if you report a public build, we store your user id, reason, and optional details for moderation.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and debugging.
How we use information
- Provide the service — play, save, subscribe, and publish to the showcase.
- Process payments through Stripe.
- Moderate public showcase content when users submit reports.
- Protect the service from abuse (including rate limiting).
Children (COPPA)
Snapy Brick is a family-friendly creative game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of online services and published showcase content.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers (hosting, database, payments, file storage) only to operate the product. Public showcase builds are visible to anyone with the link. When you publish to the showcase, your build title, thumbnail, author display name, and build data are visible to the public as described in our Terms of Service.
Retention & deletion
Account and project data are kept while your account is active. You may delete non-default projects from your dashboard. Contact us to request account deletion.
